Important Information for Book Week 2026:
With Book Week just around the corner, we're gearing up for one of our busiest times of the year!
To help ensure every order is processed as efficiently and fairly as possible, we'd like to share some important information for this busy period.
Order Processing
All orders are processed on a first in, first served basis.
We completely understand that everyone would like to receive their order as early as possible. However, to ensure fairness for all customers, we're unable to move orders ahead in the dispatch queue or prioritise individual dispatch requests.
Order Cancellations & Amendments
Our supplier works quickly to pick, pack and dispatch orders, so once an order has been submitted, it is considered final.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, amend or modify orders after they have been placed. Before completing your purchase, please take a moment to double-check:
- Products selected
- Quantities
- Delivery address
- Payment details
Requests to cancel, amend or prioritise orders cannot be actioned.

Express delivery timeframes are 1-2 business days for major metro areas, 2-3 business days for country areas and 4-8 business days for remote locations.
Please make sure you provide the correct address and check the items in your cart before placing your order, as it's not always possible to change an order once it has been placed.
Please note that large orders, fragile or bulky items that require boxing do take longer to arrive in WA, FNQ and NT via Startrack's Road Express service.
- Standard Shipping is $13.95 on orders less than $150
- Express shipping is $17.50
- Free Shipping on All Orders Over $150 (excludes oversized and bulky items)
- Bulky items have freight calculated at checkout
- Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
Shipping Details
If your order is placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday in most metropolitan areas, your parcel should arrive the following day as we use the fastest service possible (Please note due to seasonal demand we are unable to fulfill orders on the same day during Halloween and Bookweek). However, we do not have an express post facility with 100% guaranteed next day delivery. When will I receive my order?
We offer next day delivery for orders with express shipping placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding WA and NT locations which have a 2-3 day turn around. If your order is super big or bulky, we may need an extra day as well. The average processing and delivery time for orders is under 3 days but for more information on this or to check your estimated delivery time using your post code, please check our shipping page.
